I made a huge mistake with my podcast

They have blinders. You have blinders. I have blinders.

I made a huge mistake with this podcast. So, instead of publishing the slated-for Episode 6, we're doing something different instead:

Okay, okay, I'll spill. Just in case you don't listen in time.

I'm sending you to the Women in Experimentation Summit, where I'm using a bunch of fun stories to break down the Change Flags Framework in its entirety. Because, oops, I've never given you the whole thing straight.

The summit is today and tomorrow, my talk is tomorrow, and replays are live for 72-hours.

P.S. I'm feeling a little big headed right now. I just walked out of a dry run with Michael Aagaard and he said my talk is one of the strongest of the lineup.

Bigheaded, because, I mean, Michael Aagaard. And also, the lineup is standout – experimental design lessons from dolphins, what happens when AI makes experimentation nearly free, and the most dangerous moment in any experiment (spoiler: it's when it starts working).

Oh and, can I just show off my beautiful slide deck a little?
